Learn how to manage remote teams and utilise freelance resource

Since starting a business that uses exclusively freelance, remote resource I have had a lot of people say to me things like “I’d love to have my team work from home more, but I am not sure how I’d manage it” or “I’d like to use freelancers for some projects, but I don’t know how to find or manage them”.

My experience has also taught me that accessing freelance, remote resource opens huge opportunity to benefit from specialised skillsets, resource projects quickly and cost effectively and not limit hiring and talent opportunities to a twenty mile radius of where you’re based, when there’s a global talent pool your business could benefit from.

Having managed, and successfully grown, a business that uses only freelance resource all across the world, I’ve also got fairly good at working out how to streamline processes, have consistent effective communication and how to source and vet the best talent.
